It's been about 9 months since my last session with you. I just wanted to send you an email to thank you again for the great job that you did. It is amazing how much a person, such as yourself, can help when they take the time to listen to the patient and diagnose the problem given the context and circumstances. I had consulted three rather well known orthopaedic surgeons and several physiotherapists and have had two knee operations before seeing you, none had reduced my pain. I appreciate your work and advice which eventually helped me understand why I get the pain and how to avoid/control it. Since our last session I have had a minor surgery to remove the metal work from my knees, which eliminated the other source of pain as well.
