Where does it hurt?
Knee | Back | Shoulders | Neck | Elbow | Wrist & Hand | Ankle | Hip
The ankle joint is vulnerable to ligament sprains, and often these take time to settle. Occasionally a severe injury can result in a very small fracture that can really lead to persistent problems. Some people find that they have developed foot or ankle pains for no apparent reason. These are typically caused by daily activities that place low levels of stress on the structures that over time accumulate and become symptomatic.
An initial assessment will provide you with a diagnosis, localized treatment if required and advice on what to do to allow for full recovery.
